End of the 2011's vintage and the beginning of the winemaking

The harvest of the vintage 2011sont now complete, our various Muscadets refined every day and are subject to our attention during the various stages of winemaking.
The first flavors perceived during fermentation are very promising.
It's spring, the bottling of Muscadet sur Lie begin!

Following the long winter months spent in vats, the wine was clarified naturally. Yeasts that have transformed the sugar into alcohol during fermentation formed a deposit called the dregs.
Left in contact with the Muscadet has been enriched to develop the aromatic complexity and the many beading characteristic.
The wines' Grande Réserve du Moulin "(France) and" Domaine de la Tourmaline" (Export) are now available in the year 2010.

For the second consecutive year, we will be present on this trade show (Stand D36 Hall5), which also drains professional buyers from Belgium, Holland, Luxembourg, etc ...

Once again, GADAIS wines were honoured in the Guide Hachette des Vins, the Grand Guide des Vins de France (Bettane and Dessauve), the Guide des Meilleurs Vins de France by the Revue des Vins de France, the magazines Détours en France and Amateur de Bordeaux and, finally, the Guide Gault & Millau.

This year, GADAIS wines were once again honoured during the Concours Général Agricole (CGA) competitive tasting of the Paris International Agricultural Show. Indeed, the demanding, discerning jury awarded a gold medal to our 2009 Muscadet Sèvre et Maine sur Lie. The estate's award-winning wines well illustrate our never-ending quest for quality.
